The service is terrible, prescriptions, are never ready. They had my prescription for 10 days and it still hadn't been put together when my husband went to collect it and then they told him they couldn't get a very important item. They had it 8 days, they could at least have rung to let me know they couldn't get it so that I could try somewhere else. This isn't just a one off it happens every month | ||||||

I arrived at 10.40am and joined the queue of 4 people. I was served at 10.50am and asked for my prescription. After enquiring about it, the assistant informed me that it was there just not filled yet, to take a seat and it would be 5 minutes- I then waited 50 minutes!!!!! | ||||||
