I called into the Pharmacy as I wanted to discuss hyet another round of tablets given to me from the doctors as when I went for a review the docto sent me a leaflet but I wanted to discuss this further. The young pharmacist ( I understand who is newly qualified and think is called Kefe) came and chatted to me and explained everything about the tablets in a way I could understand no medical jargon and also listened to my concerns about the vast list of possibl side effects, she listened to my concerns and took her time, I did not feel time pressured or even silly to ask questions and I left the pharmacy feeling so much better and knowing that I was going to take these tablets. Thnak you so much Kefe for the time taken out of your busy day, you did what a visit to the doctor could not and you put me at ease. Mybe if doctors listened to the patient and their concerns a little more then the pressures for GP appointments would not be in such demand. Thank you!
