Since a ew months the pharmacy has been messing me about with my medicine not being on time but since two months when the new dispenser (don’t know her name) has started she is brilliant, always on the ball and has everything ready on time, the rest of the staff are abit slow even in finding stuff. The other staff can be rude at times when they are the ones who don’t have my medicine I was close to leaving Tesco pharmacy due to the service but because of her I will now be staying :-) 5*** to customer service she provides!! | ||||||

I went to tesco pharmacy on saturday.
They did mot have one of the items they ad ised they can order it and have it here bumy monday. Or i can go to a different pharmacy. As thry said they will have it by monday i said i will waiy for the other half of tbe prescription.
Ended up leaving it till tuesday and when i went in they agai ad tbey had yo order it and will phone when its in.
I am still waiting | ||||||
