    I can't praise the pharmacy staff and the pharmacist enough for been so helpful and caring to my parents,both elderly.The pharmacist went out of their way to ensure that the vital medicines were ordered and deliverd as promised the following day. Once again a big thank you.

    I have used this pharmacy for many years, but since the company expanded their premises I have experienced an escalating series of problems in obtaining prescriptions. I have had to wait for up to 35 minutes for a prescription to be prepared, medication has not been available on the day, they have claimed (wrongly according to the surgery ) not to have received computer instructions, and they have denied possessing paper copies which I have personally handed to them. The same errors recur, they appear to make no effort to rectify the problem, and make no apologies.
