Really slow service, they don’t seem to be organised. It takes them forever to get a prescription off the shelf. Prescription hardly ever made up. Online Method says order is ready when it’s no where to be seen. They never answer the phone, so you can’t find out if your medication is ready. You then try to get there with your disabled child in tow, wait ages in a queue to then find out it’s not in. One of the pharmacists is rude. When asked if anyone was available to speak to, Rudely shouted ‘no’ Rather than just state sorry they were busy at that time. Unfortunately I could go on and on. So many elderly people being turned away or having to wait for long periods as things are not ready or ordered. The problem isn’t due to staff shortage as they state. These problems were there before Covid hit. :(
