    My review for Whitworth pharmacy, Nelson, Lancs. Thankyou for the care and advice and treatment, and your fast reliable service. All the staff are highly knowledgeable, and very professional, thankyou for your kindness and brilliant care and the great service you provide. Great bunch of staff, and very polite. I trust this chemist more than my own Gp. Sorry but this needs to be recognised with no disrespect to my GPS. Highly recommended.

    I've been a customer there for 10 years +. Today a member of staff was incredibly rude and obnoxious. When she gave me my medication she asked Which exemption is it?, not Do you pay? She then tutted and sighed, I signed the form and she was so snappy and impatient. There are 4 other Chemists in Kirkham, time to use another one now. The male Chemist in there is awesome but he wasn't on. This rude member of staff was an assistant, not a chemist, never seen her before and don't wish to again.
