When collecting my prescription, I was told it was not there, had to go up to the surgery. The surgery assured me it had been sent down and must have been lost and so filled in an emergency new prescription form. I went down to the pharmacy to try again, gave the exact date and the lady magically found it. I had told her it was ordered 3 weeks earlier the first time, information that she seemed to have ignored. She commented that she thought I would have picked it up earlier (I was on holiday). She refused to contact the doctors to cancel the new prescription and didn't even apologise until I said that I was unwell and this extra exertion had really affected me. She mumbled a sorry as she walked off. Terrible customer service. She didn't even ask if I'd used the medications before or what they were, which I'm pretty sure is the basic thing that you do before handing over meds! Retraining needed!

Green Cross always used to be great. Since being taken over it is very poor. Long waits to get prescriptions filled no matter how far ahead you have given them the prescription, they always seem to spend ages looking around to find my prescription, and have given the wrong amounts of medication (too much) in boxes. Also ordered a prescription and they swore they had never received it from the GP, so did another order. When I went to collect this they said there was already a bag of repeat medication waiting for me, so why had I reordered? Also have not included all medications on prescription, and said nothing when handing over the bag of medication. I have had to go back to point out that some medication has been forgotten. Would never ask them for advice as they can't manage the basic fulfilling of medication.
