Pharmacist didn’t let me know we were able to apply to a prescription certificate and was quite intent on taking our money. Then couldn’t apply to get costs back because he (the pharmacist) did give us the relevant form! I didn’t ask for it because I had no knowledge of it, but the pharmacist did but decided not to share that little nugget of information. I think it was a very unkind and thoughtless thing to do. We’ve been using this chemist for years- sadly we will absolutely never return. Shame when money comes over care and compassion. Very poor!!! | ||||||

This is by far the best pharmacy I have ever encountered. The attention to detail and customer focus is impeccable, and the pharmacist himself (Jessy) goes over and above to help and advise you. I would have no hesitation in recommending this pharmacy. I wish all were like this. | ||||||
