Awful.. I absolutely dread going to the pharmacy every week there is a problem with my prescription. If you want to be treated like a huge inconvenience or hear about how hard they have it at work then this is the place to go. Staff are rude and try to speak down to you I’ve witness and recorded them speaking to the elderly customers like dirt too, shouting their personal details in their face if they’ve been hard of hearing.. If it wasn’t so convenient that it’s attached to my GP surgery I’d definitely make the move The place is dirty too.. Needs a good clean. | ||||||

I use this pharmacy on the odd occasion. I am not on regular medication and only see the gp when i need to. For the past year my dad has had terrible kidney infections which keep coming back. His gp tried antibiotics at first but the infection never went away, it got so bad one morning that his gp referred him to the hospital. The doctors at the hospital changed his medication but he still had his back pain and kidney infection. I went into this pharmacy to ask about the changes to his medication, the pharmacist took their time to explain everything and told me one of his tablets is causing the problems, even drew a diagram for me! The gp recommended an alternative tablet and for the last6 weeks, the first time in a year hes infection and back pain has gone. Hes had no problems! He went through countless visits to his gp and hospital visits and this pharmacist in the end took their time to help. Thank you for your helpful attitude! My family are very grateful. The staff are always polite and pleasant, talk to me as a person and not as another customer. Mine and my partners prescription is always ready and with it being in the doctors surgery they are able to sort some matters quickly and effectively. I have been going to this pharmacy over 10years and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Staff always have a smile on their faces regardless of their busy work load. brilliant service by a brilliant team!
I highly recommend anyone to use this pharmacy. | ||||||
