Every single time ive been told to visit to collect my prescription for epilepsy i am told; sorry bethany we do not have your prescription, we'll have it ready this afternoon but this is never the case, they tell me to go back to my GP when it is unnecessary as the GP says that the pharmacy do have the prescription. This morning i waited 1/2 hour only to be told to collect it this afternoon (which took another 1/2 hour). The staff were unhelpful giving me attitude along with dirty stares at me and my partner which understandably aggravated me, considering other patients had come and gone in the time i was waiting for my epilepsy prescription. The staff were unprofessionally talking about their personal lives rather than doing their jobs to a good standard. As i finally got to sign for the epilepsy tablets after the second 1/2 hour wasted. They did not notice that i had done this causing further time to be wasted. As i finally got to go they were rude not saying goodbye, rather acting sarcastically and continuing to glare at the both of us. Im extremely unsatisfied with this service they have given me and this hasn't been the first time, the stress i had encountered could have easily triggered a seizure and i have been fortunate to be seizure free for 12 months. In conclusion, i do not want this pharmacy to ruin my longest time passed without being hospitalised. If things do not change, I have no other option but to take this higher up with extreme consequences.
