Riverview Lloyds is by far the worst chemist around. They never have the items in stock and you’re lucky to have less than a half hour wait when it is in stock. The only chemist that you can guarantee you will not get your prescription on the same day! Valley drive chemist is so much better. Not sure what exactly the difficulty is to do their jobs - they cannot blame covid - this one has ALWAYS been bad

I have been a few times to the Lloyd's Pharmacy in Riverview (3 times this month for 1 prescription!). Up until a couple of years ago this used to be my regular pharmacy that I would get my monthly prescription from. The reason I changed to having them delivered (pharmacy2u) or from Boots is that they didnt have my prescription, nearly every month I would have to go back with my prescription balance slip and ask if they had it in. This month I put in a prescription on the 3rd of august. (emergency prescription from doctor as pharmacy2u couldnt deliver one item). And was told to pick it up on the 10th. I come in on the 10 and was told it would be ready by the 13. I come in on the 13 and was rudely told (the woman was LOUD!) that my prescription wasnt ready and I would get a phonecall when it would be ready. I said it said the 13 on the balance slip she said thats a generic time/ date and I should wait for the phonecall. So I waited and waited, today I called them up to enquire if it is ready and got told that it was delivered to them on the 21st and yes it is ready. I asked where was my phonecall? Is there someone I can talk to to complain to and was told that person is on holiday for 2 weeks. Lloyds have gone down hill quite abruptly. The service is slower than a tortoise in a race.
