Today I went to collect my perscribtion and told it would be 10minutes. After three quarters of hour I still not had my medication. When enquired about my medication I was told quite rudely that was only one pharmist on and short staffed. Should been told in first place how long it will be. How long does it take to put two boxes atrovasatins in abag. This not the first time I have problems with cohens.So there I am changing chemists. And by the way I never received my medication BECAUSE I WAlKED OUT FED UP WAITING. Neil Martin. | ||||||

I’ve visited this chemist before and never had an issue until this week. A certain member of staff dealt with my queries quite quickly and helped me but did it in such an unprofessional and rudely manner. I needed help to fill out a form that I wasn’t familiar with and I thanked the staff member for helping me and her reply was ‘actually it’s been quite a pain in the bum to be honest’ this remark immediately made me feel uncomfortable and that I was in the wrong for needing help. Yes the woman helped me with my form but could’ve been nice about it. I work in the health profession myself and wouldn’t speak to someone I’m helping like that. Just thought I’d raise this concern because I wouldn’t want others to feel the way I did. I suffer with anxiety so being in a situation I’m not use to was unsettling in the first place but comments like that made it worse. I now feel on edge about going back to that certain chemist and will be going elsewhere. I’ve used this chemist for years and never had any problems, always helpful and give out great advice.
This year due to illness we were offered the free collection and delivery service and what a godsend this has been. An excellent service and the cheery driver is a breath of fresh air, always time for a chat and a bit of humour.
Let’s hope this continues keep up the good work, and thank you cohens king edwards drive.
