I visited an eye clinic and was prescribed an anti-viral ointment. However rather than getting my prescription at the clinic I preferred the idea of getting it closer to home. This was a bad decision on my part as surprisingly none of the pharmacy’s stocked the ointment. I telephoned day and night pharmacy who also did not stock the ointment, however they were extremely helpful. Within a few minutes of my call the pharmacy had contacted their supplier who agreed to deliver to ointment and within 1.5 hours of my initial call my prescription was ready to collect. I am so grateful for their efforts as it saved me a lot of time, as little stress as possible, and I can now start my treatment much quicker than expected. Thank you so much, the service I received was beyond what I expected and was fast and efficient. I would most certainly recommend. .
