Service is always really good in here, yes they are always busy but that is because they are next door to a busy surgery. The staff are always polite and friendly and when meds are missing it is usually because the surgery haven’t put the full prescription in (which has happened to me several times) and each time the chemist has always gone out of their way to help, | ||||||

Everytime I collect my prescription medication is missing. This month my husband went back for me and the queue was right out the door, miles long. My daughter went back for me today and they gave her 1 medication that was missing but my Ropinirol is still missing. This is for my restless leg. If you've ever suffered from RLS it's not funny. You can't sleep and you pace and you jump up and down. This medication is missing every month and I have to go back. WAKE UP, YOU NEED MORE STAFF. SEVERELY UNFERSTAFFED. | ||||||

Over the last few months items have been missing despite saying they had been fulfilled. Many issues like this. As someone collects on my behalf I don’t know til it’s all with me and then it’s like they think I’m lying. It’s going somewhere but definitely not to me (or the person who collects for me!) | ||||||
