No matter what time you go to Boots Chemist, you are standing waiting to be served for at least 15 minutes. No acknowledgement that you are waiting, just ignored. When I asked if anyone of the three individuals were serving, I was told, quite rudely that I should have patience!!! -by the pharmacist no less!! Never heard of the saying that the customer is always right!! Never again, Superdrug all the way. They are much more approachable and friendly. By the way, this seems to be a running theme throughout Boots Chemists. Takes over a week to dispense a prescription, never answer the phones etc etc and the list goes on. Do yourself a favour and avoid like the plague. | ||||||

Visited the travel clinic a few weeks ago, unfortunately the service was poor. The pharmacy staff, and travel consultant spent more time telling me why my surgery should be proving vaccinations rather than giving me the travel advice that I paid for!
I felt like it was an opportunity for them to bitch about the NHS.
A few vaccines were not available here anyway, after all that!
I was also sent back and forth a few times before the injections were finally given which was inappropriate.
Wouldn't use them again. | ||||||

Being in our mid 70s we use their online service for our monthly repeat blood pressure prescriptions. We get notified by email and mobile phone message service when we need to reorder online. At that time we are given a date when they expect our medications to be available for collection from store. Also, once medications are in store we once again receive notifications .
We have used this store for this service for 2 years and have to say that the staff in store are always very friendly and medications are quickly located and ready for us. On the few occasions that we have had a query about our medication, the pharmacist has offered friendly and comprehensive advice. Although we only visit the pharmacy once a month they greet us by name which is amazing considering the number of people that must use their service. | ||||||
