They never answer the phone and when you do go all the way there they don’t have your order

I Placed and paid my prescription at midday, I said i would pick it up later, I went to collect my superscription i gave the counter assistant my surname my address they repeated it back to me ok, they gave the prescription i went home and my wife questioned me about the details of the prescription Why are these only for men to take. My prescription should have been for antibiotics 1 three times a day and What was given to me 1 a day, If i my wife had not checked the wording I would have taken thees three times a day with Along with my blood pressure tablets i take, it could have made me very ill ? I phoned the pharmacist they couldn't understand i had the wrong perspiration, I asked them if they could delver the correct one they said no it would be next day, i went back to the chemist spoke to them i asked them why was i given the wrong prescription they said the tablets were put in the wrong paper bag i pointed out that patents name on both items are the same, i asked why they couldn't deliver thees on their way home they said they have a little one to go home to? The least they could have done bring me these to my home, their attitude was terrible. Kind regards George Christoforou

Appalling service, I understand it changing hands yet this is terrible customer service... first lost my prescription then ordered the stock which was out of date instead of returning my prescription to me they 'cashed it in'. I feel for the staff as they are left without support and unable to offer any solutions!
