Returned some day/night nurse to Morrisons Kingswinford as it had been recalled on day it was purchased at a cost of £14.45. They told us they could not refund cost and would not take it back for safe disposal and to just throw it away! This is not safe practice and I know they should have taken it for safe disposal and medication should not be thrown in household rubbish. Such bad advice by a Morrisons pharmacist! | ||||||

A professional service provided by companionate and caring staff who will always without exception provide advice and answer any questions you may have. I myself suffer from a plethora of medical conditions, some life-changing others life-threatening and have to take a superabundance of drugs, which Morrisons head pharmacist alongside his staff have freely on many occasions given me as much time as I have needed to discuss my fears about contraindications, interactions, and sideffects of this multitude of drugs elevating any fears I've had. I am always asked by staff when visiting the pharmacy how I am and I can easily tell their inquiry is one of genuine interest and genuine concern for my well-being. | ||||||
