I have been receiving blister packs for almost a year every Tuesday. What I'm not getting is the rest of my percriptions inhalers and tablets I have been in the store informing that I'm not inrecept of these items informing the chemist the telephone constantly rings without it EVER! getting answered. I am disabled and I had to make my way to karsons St James Street be it with great difficulty pain shortness of breath and fear of falling giving me thankfully mild panic attack. This I find unacceptable. Attending the store I explained this on Thursday to be informed it will be despatched and I will receive it forthwith, however I am still not inrecept of the missing items. Please take note of my concern and disappointment incase it leads to an attack that has the possibility of being fatal.which would be the result my family seeking legal advice . thanking you.sinserley Mr Collyn Vaughan Pollitt

Went in store to get prescription. Very abrupt and un-courteous.
