    Yet another instance where the pharmacist and his staff excelled. Friendly staff, always welcoming and happy to help. A prescription request was placed in the morning via the Healthera mobile app, messaged back the same day to let me know that my order was ready for collection.

    Assisted obtaining insulin prescription as it was urgently needed due to an unforseen trip.

    I have found that the pharmacist at Cross Chemist to be always helpful knowledgeable and efficient. His timely response whether it be dealing with repeat prescriptions or trouble shooting problems with an order to be second to none.
