    I tried to call them 20 times to check if they offer flu vaccination but they did not answer their phone. Terrible customer service.

    I use the prescription order line and collect my tablets there. The staff are always nice and friendly but there’s always such a long wait time and the most annoying thing is lot of the time your stood waiting while they make up the medicine for customers who aren’t even there!!! Today there was no one waiting and I had to wait half hour!!!!!!!!! The girl said there was a backlog of prescriptions they had to do. Never mind disabled me eh ? Doesn’t make sense to keep people waiting while they fill someone’s prescription who isn’t even awaiting!!!

    Staff are very hardworking /friendly and the Chemist stocks a broad range of items . Well done to all!
