As I am from America and travelling to U.K. to see family I cannot express enough gratitude to the helpfulness of the staff and the pharmacist for fulfilling my needs.
They managed to help, give professional advice, and ensure I understood what the pharmacist said, whilst it was extremely busy at the time of visit. The pharmacist was determined to ensure all patients were served promptly and gave advice with each medication and smiled, unlike what I am used to!
I thank you very much and hope you the very best. I would not hesitate to come visit again and spoke very highly to my friends and family in derby. | ||||||

They are OK, but all the convenience of having a pharmacy next to a GP surgery is lost because they are so often out of stock. I have to collect multiple prescriptions at least once a month and almost every time they cannot fulfill it. They either give me part of a prescription and I have to go back for the rest of the tablets, or they have to order something in so I have to return. This is their regular practice and the prescriptions I collect are repeat ones, yet they never have the stock. | ||||||

The staff at jardenes pharmacy are always very helpful always smiling nothing is too much trouble and treat you with respect and good manners. | ||||||
