Repeat prescription incompetence is repeated from the previous posts in this review section by others. Why display times as 8am to 6:30pm when it opens at 8:10 by the time staff arrive and sort themselves out. Either open at the time stated or change the times displayed! Shoddy; avoid this place!

Almost every time I go to collect my prescription it isn’t ready. Even if I go to collect it a day or two later than the date they give me. I thought that the whole idea of them having the prescription beforehand was to make the whole process quicker and easier. That never happens. There is usually something wrong or missing and it’s never anything to do with them. I’ve discovered that it’s always best to check what you have, or haven’t got, before you leave. By the time you have queued, waited and got out, your blood pressure is bubbling and your left wondering if your mad or is it the rest of them.

Unorganised, long waiting times with no management of customer expectations. Medication should have been ready yesterday. Went to pick up next day, still not ready. Will have to go back again, hopefully this time lucky. Unfortunately, as I'm on repeat prescription, i have the same experience every time.
