Every month I order my repeat prescription a good week in advance. I go in to collect and either half the order is missing or they have sent it away and it’s not come back. The staff make you feel that you are to blame and I always feel like I have done wrong by even ordering my tablets. This time they hadn’t even got it, I had to chase it up myself. I know they are understaffed but this is a very busy store, get more staff! And many times I have gone in and been in there up to 45 minutes, been ignored, been left just standing there with no explanation as to why I’m still waiting, while staff just mill around the shop pretending to tidy up. This chemist is the talk of the town for its poor customer care, lack of staff resulting in them being shut half the time and waiting times. Management should be looking at ways to improve on things here as a lot of disabled and unwell people suffer, being left to wait, long travel to get there to be told to come back tomorrow.

i find it very frustrating that this pharmacy do not give customer care much thought. Whenever you go into this establishment for prescription or other items you find that you can be waiting a long time before you are attended to. The staff who serve are very polite and nice but as I say it Thames far to long to get attended to unlike other pharmacies.
