Nobody answers the phone in the pharmacy!

I picked up my last prescription from here at the beginning of August but won't be going back. For the last few months, it's been impossible to get through on the phone when I need to speak to someone. I tried to call three times in the last few weeks and on each occasion there was just ringing and no answer. On the weekend following this, I went in to say I'm changing chemist because no one ever picks up the phone when you need to speak to them. One of the staff who's been there a while was apologetic and mentioned they've been told not to answer the phone because of how busy they are. Where to begin eh?! These are people's medicines we're talking about, not social calls. Anyway, maybe they're good for makeup and baby products but definitely not recommended for prescriptions.
