Absolutely disgusting unreliable unprofessional service I will never be using this pharmacy again! My doctor on Friday sent my prescription to midnight pharmacy bcos they are open till 12am and on weekends My regular pharmacy closes near 5pm and on weekends so I wouldn't have been able to get it thats the only reason we chose midnight so I could get my meds asap rather than being in pain over weekend.. makes sense Around 5pm I called them and asked them if its ready so they could deliver as no one can collect it for me. They said yes we'll deliver between 6-8pm Around 8.30pm I called them and asked wheres my meds they said driver is still on route he will come soon we'll try and get him to come to u asap Around 10.30pm I called them again asking where my meds are the driver hasn't come then they said the driver forget to take ur medication we will deliver tomorrow! I still requested for them to somehow deliver that night as I was in pain and needed my painkillers and medication for the night. I was left in pain all night bcos of them Eventually 9pm the next day I received my medication after multiple phone calls I dont know what the point of the till late service is when u still can't deliver on time! Letting someone down once is bad enough but multiple times is disgraceful and unforgivable Being a pharmacy u should know better.
