Terrible customer service from a lady with short bobbed brown hair....they did not have my 5 year olds antibiotics in stock....got told we don't have it, can't get it.....when asked what I should do I was told I needed to drive around pharmacies until I found one that did... no help givennor advice in any form whatsoever.....Will get all my families prescriptions transferred to Willows moving forward. | ||||||

The Lloyds Pharmacy in Aylsham is so bad now. The staff are pleasant but its never open now due not being able to get a pharmacist in. This is no good when you are in need of your medication or any other items you may need. I've now changed to Willow Pharmacy which I have heard really good reviews about | ||||||

My review is based on recent experience, April 2024. The staff are always friendly and generally efficient. It can obviously get a bit stressful when customers need to ask for advice, resulting in a queue, or there can be awkward customers. The range of products is good and most are reasonably priced. | ||||||
