    Ordered my medicines on 23/2/22. By E- mail thinking it would be quicker, alas, no. Today I chased (3/3/22 it up they said that E-Mails Are read very infrequently. As one of my requests is for Fentalyn Patches they have run out. I was told that the request would be sent in to the Doctors today marked urgent, and I might get them delivered Friday or Saturday. There does not seem to be a procedure for dealing with complaints so we have no way to insure this kind of thing be dealt with. I have complained about the same thing before But it still keeps happening. I await your reply. Dolores Jannotti. D.O.B. 12/9/45

    Have always found them all very helpful and have never had any problems am very thankful for all there hard work
