On several occasions I have had to chase up why stones pharmacy regularly fail to deliver our prescriptions or deliver them very late after once again contacting them to ask what’s the problem and its usually not down to drugs not being in stock eg today I finally got my prescription delivered after sending 2 unanswered emails the prescription was approve stamped and boxed ready for delivery 9 days ago and I live less than a mile from the pharmacy. | ||||||

To the Pharmacy gentleman at Stone Pharmacy Seyam you went above and beyond to ensure to take the time to listen, support, help and advise me with regards to my condition. Doctor gave me no help but you provided me with the utmost level of care and compassion. To ensure I am in the best of health. Thank you from the bottom of my heart not just you but all the team at Stone pharmacy who go the extra mile to help, advise and support your needs even when stress levels are high with their workload.
