Bring back Emma and Claire, (2020-2021) these two went above and beyond to help with my wife’s prescriptions. Always ready the next day. Even stayed behind late one evening to support. Ever since Emma and Claire have left the store has gone downhill. Very disorganised. | ||||||

To Boots management. You need more staff to deal with prescriptions and designate someone to do sales. Today waited behind 10 persons and the lady dealing with prescriptions then had to leave her position to do a general sale.With the closure of the phamacy at the A1 shopping center store more people are using the Market Square branch. You need to get organised so the flow of prescriptions can be dealt with more speedily. This is not the staff members fault as they do their best. Boots management get organised. | ||||||
