I can't believe the negative reviews of Victoria Pharmacy and feel I have to respond. I have been using this pharmacy for years, I have a long standing condition which means I get prescriptions regularly. I have always found the staff to be professional and friendly and the service has always been excellent even during their recent refurbishment. They have helped me resolve problems with prescriptions several times over the years and they could not have been more helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this pharmacy to anyone, the service is streets ahead of the impersonal chain pharmacies. | ||||||

I avoid this pharmacy if I can, always painfully slow even if there is no queue. Rude staff and extremely small. | ||||||

Totally unethical behavior, phoned this pharmacy to double check prescription delivery, abrupt male pharmacist, terrible attitude with absolutely no people skills and rude beyond belief. Surly patients should be able to go to their pharmacist for advice, help and reassurance. Although other staff in this pharmacy have been faultless and always polite I have cancelled future prescriptions with this pharmacy. I will be seeking to enter a further complaint with a higher authority regarding this pharmacists disgraceful attitude and lack of professionalism . | ||||||
