This pharmacy has handled prescriptions for my family for a number of years. They used to be competent, however over the years we noticed issues with our prescriptios and my family no longer use them. My medication is always delivered with some missing without explanation. Whenever I call them they never know what is going on and are never helpful.
The rest of my family avoid using them at all cost but I am not good at facing change so I stayed with them. After this last time my daughter is forcing me to change pharmacy now as she is fed up with them. I am so disappointed. | ||||||

I have ordered a serous madication for my child and they told us to come and collect it after 5 working days and I went there to collect it they told me the GP didn’t prescribe it so I called the GP and they told me no budy request it. And I called the Kings Pharmacy and they are been very rude they told me “no you didn’t come here you haven’t ruquest any madication “ | ||||||
