Went to pick up prescription not ready, went back 20mins later, can't find it.went back days later and still had to wait. This pharmacy has been taken over & the service has gone down hill. | ||||||

The pharmcy manager went out of their way to provide great customer care at a time when there was confusion regarding an urgent prescription which needed dispensing. The transmission had not been sent to the pharmacy from the GP and the pharmacist was doing is best to do a work around. Fortunately the tranmission came through later after some I.T glitch and they were kind enough to ring us at home and inform us that the correct medication could now be dispensed and would be ready for collection. | ||||||

I've used this pharmacy for nearly 2 decades and never had any issues. All the staff are very helpful & friendly | ||||||
