I have been trying to contact the chemist via telephone all morning, eventually got it to ring as previously just getting a sorry busy message, rang and rang then went dead. I have also tried emailing them on the email provided in their website and it bounces back, what a farce!! I find it difficult to attend the chemist as I am disabled but I am now in a position when I need to go just to get to speak to someone.

I go to Pharmacy here for medication sent electronically by GP at Neptune Health park staff stand around chatting and giggling amongst themselves and keep customers waiting. My husband took prescription in for his dad who was end of life sadly he passed away before prescription ready. Incorrect amount of meds dispensed for me
