People must understand that we are going through difficult times. Employees and family members also get sick. Pharmacy employees are not slaves, they are there to help us, not to take our anger. Is not their fault we are sick or having any kind of trouble. Please, let's respect then same way we like to be respected. | ||||||

Staff are slow and there is absolutely no personal touch whatsoever. I have been going there for over 3 decades (since before it moved) and I still get asked my name and address and treated like a nuicance. The knowledge of the counter staff is also very poor... especially considering how long some have been there. They often get my repeat prescriptions wrong and I have to go there again to sort it out. It's awful. They are much more helpful and nice at Regent Chemist across the road. A pity that they don't stock as much as Lloyds. | ||||||

Every time i have been to Lloyds pharmacy the service is poor and quite rude, and the information they give is usually wrong.
The latest was when i asked if you can get repeat prescriptions online i was told " yea just sign up on the NHS site "
I have come home to do so and the first thing it said was to go to your doctors for the forms you need to sign up on line. | ||||||
