They don't answer the phone and 9 times out of 10 can't find your prescription. If you then ask soneone else it's usually found. Staff training leaves a lot to be desired. The guy who has left was really good. Quick and efficient and helpful. Now it's useless

I previously used the small Lloyds chemist round the corner, sadly now closed where my repeat prescription was always ready to pick up. Now every month i am told Oh! The script hasn't come from the surgery, or Oh it will be ready if you come back tomorow; next day same thing. There is always a long queue and everone gets told the same thing. They have 28 days to prepare my prescription so why is it never ready? This month I am told Oh we have a problem in sourcing your medication you will have to go to your doctor and ask him to prescribe an alternative! What!!! I have run out, it's Friday afternoon how the hell am I supposed to do that before Monday? Truly appalling service and gross inefficiency. If I expire over the coming days then thank you Lloyds Pharmacy! Not.
