This is my local pharmacy which I've used many times as it's close to the doctors. The staff are always friendly, polite & professional. On my most recent visit I found the staff that served me to be extremely helpful when sorting out a query I had with my prescription. They went over and above by contacting the doctors surgery to resolve the issue. Service like this would definitely encourage me to always use this pharmacy over any competitors in the future. It would be nice to name check staff when they are receiving praise but this site doesn't allow it.

I use this pharmacy regularly and the staff are friendly and accommodating. This evening, after a hard day at work up and down scaffolding and the roof, I called in for a prescription and waited in line for fifteen minutes. When a woman came in and asked for her prescription it became apparent the script had been emailed over from another source but not downloaded. Within two minutes they had downloaded the script, taken her money and she was out the door. If I hadn't had a tiring day. If I wasn't hungry and knowing I had to go and start dinner which would take another hour and a half. If there had been an explanation. Then I may not have been so annoyed but it seemed strange that my six tablets in a pre-supplied box took fifteen minutes and hers took less than a minute from them getting the script, after mine was submitted first. The pharmacist was a woman I hadn't seen before, I can only assume women have some sort of priority or blokes in work gear aren't really welcome.
