I have been a regular customer of Northcote Pharmacy for a few years. After a patch of staff changes during the summer, which was marginally disruptive, it feels as though it has hit its stride and now consistently offers a first class all round service. The shop is packed with everything that one could want and is always spotless. The actual Pharmacy is the jewel in the crown. The pharmacist is always on hand to offer advice and deal with issues which inevitably occur between a patient and the Drs Surgery such as updates, repeat prescriptions, misunderstandings etc. The personal care that is shown and and the knowledge that is intuitively built up and retained about me is invaluable. I trust what is advised implicitly. With a stretched NHS we are all being encouraged to use second line medical care for day to day ailments which do not need a Dr. Northcote Pharmacy is a model of how this can operate successfully. Medical issues can be emotionally and physically stressful and sometimes the system contributes to this - Northcote Pharmacy is however the calm haven of good administration, compassion and advice which takes so much of the stress out of dealing with medical problems. Long may the team continue to deliver such a great service - thank you to the whole team. Keep up the good work - it is hugely appreciated.
