I also had my covid Seasonal Booster in October, on 15th but it has not been registered with the NHS.

I had my civid booster on October 5th and it has still not been uploaded to the NHS database

This pharmacy closes 1 - 2 for lunch . Turned up at 1257 to see staff walking to car park. Clearly closed up at 1255 at the latest. Asked staff who were walking to car why it was closed early to be told rudely 'dinner' . Appalling. Also wrong opening hours on website.
