Trishna is very rude to woman shouts at them and talks disgustingly towards woman his rude on the phone and he won't pass people on to higher people to complain if he done his job properly then people wouldn't have to call all the time and keep checking there prescriptions his behaviour is awful he isn't a kind man to approach and his telephone manner is utterly disgraceful........ he shouldn't be serving the public his upsetting alot of people |

Dear Surgery Manager, I hope this email finds you in good health. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from your surgery on 12 October 2023z I attempted to contact the reception and was left on hold for an unreasonable 15 minutes. Once connected, the advisor, an older lady with short white hair, demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. I explained the urgency of picking up my partner's prescription, and after a series of unhelpful responses, I was finally informed that it had been sent to a Boots pharmacy in Warners End. When I requested a transfer to our local pharmacy in Highfield, the advisor refused outright and displayed a rude and uncooperative attitude. Despite my repeated requests, she declined to provide her name and denied my request to speak with a manager. This lack of transparency and unwillingness to address a simple query is unacceptable. Moreover, I must bring to your attention that this is not the first encounter I have had with this particular advisor at your surgery. She consistently exhibits an abrupt and rude demeanor on the phone, creating a consistently negative experience for patients. I made my way to the pharmacy in person, and even there, I faced further challenges. The advisor at the pharmacy was unhelpful, failed to provide a complaint form, and only disclosed the manager's name without any contact information. This entire experience has been incredibly distressing, particularly considering my partner's health condition. He has been suffering from a severe cough, and the inability to promptly obtain his medication is deeply disappointing. I am writing to formally complain about the unprofessionalism, lack of assistance, and overall poor management of this situation. I believe urgent attention is needed to rectify these service issues and ensure that other patients do not encounter such distressing experiences. I expect a prompt response addressing this matter and providing steps taken to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Sincerely, |

I asked the assistant was my medication ready for pick up,she said yes yet again they .missedout one particular, medication. This is not the only time this has happened. I keep telling them make sure everything is kept together. Yet again they have failed. This now puts me at risk as this is ,an important medication, that I need to take every day.im sick to the teeth,this keeps happing. There surpose to be professionals,but keep making mistake after mistake. I'm now going to report this to,the proper authorities, and making a full complaint . About this matter,I will also making a formal complaint first thing in the morning. Please telephone me with an explanation on this matter. Yours sincerely Mr David ranking. |
