For not the first time I have arrived to pick up a prescription to find that they have locked the doors early 5.45pm and are only let a few people in The excuse this week was a shortage of staff and yet there were two staff at the door stopping people entering one on the till and three in the pharmacy. When I was allowed in, I had to wait while two pharmacy staff were chatting to another customer, then I found that my prescription had not been made up | ||||||

I would like the management of Boots in the Retail Park Malvern to know we had the most outstanding help yesterday 16th July when we visited the store to get photographs printed . Your two assistants went out of their way to be helpful. My husband(94year old) and myself (88year old) were provided with chairs whilst the two assistants went to endless trouble to help us. They really did go the extra mile and we were most grateful to leave the store completely satisfied and very happy. You do have the most understanding and helpful staff. Thank you.
