I do not share the good experiences of other reviewers. If there was another chemist nearby I would definetely prefer to go there. I have a regular prescription which is always prepared on time and I am grateful for that. But the attitude of the staff behind the counter feels short of the civility and helpfulness I would expect from a small chemist serving the local community. Far from being pleasant and obliging, I experience the staff as abupt and impatient and almost irritable if I raise a query or ask a question. I often use the other small shops in the area and I have always found thier staff to be warm and friendly so I am surprised and rather deflated when I visit the chemist.
