    Lack of staff. Ignored by those there. Prescriptions delayed. Long waits. Queues down the shop. No allowance for disabilities. Phone rarely answered. A shambles...

    Long queues, little stock. Staff unpleasant. Went for item which had been kept for me to pick up and they had given it to someone else. Re ordered went in to collect they refused to open delivery box as they hadn't got time. Went in again shop was closed. Returned today after 2.00pm and faced with long queues. Customers unhappy. How come other chemists around are coping but these are so terrible. Do the have anyone answering phones? Can never get through. Total waste of time. Let's have a decent village chemist please. People depend on it
