We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

Very poor service tablets missing off most deliverys my mum had doctor this morning she sent a prescription to the pharmacy for urgent delivery which never came went to collect after they refused to deliver couldnt find them , prescriptions spread over three counters ,found eventualy but staff very unhelpful, have advised my mum to change pharmacys. Disgraceful Original Comment Report...

My current supply of ADHD medication ran out. Though I had a new prescription, I then spent a disastrous hour calling around other pharmacies in the area, trying to get the prescription filled the same day.
Not only did this pharmacy have the medication in stock, but all the staff I dealt with were courteous and helpful.
I was impressed with the service I received, and would certainly recommend it.
Parking was also available in the car park outside the pharmacy. Original Comment Report...

After waiting five days went to pick up a prescription was told not there come back tomorrow went back next day told again come back tomorrow so rang doctors to be told it was sent there four ago and given a reference number so went back to well pharmacy and was told the doctors don’t know how it works so she went around the corner came back with it with a printed date on for yesterday ????? So was there all along don’t understand
