I would like to thank the staff at Cutgate Pharmacy for many reasons. First of all as we all know the NHS and the surgeries are getting bad press and in truth some of its deserved, with this in mind you can understand how grateful I am to the staff at Cutgate Pharmacy. Each and everyone of them will help you as much as they physically can, their attention to detail and compassion is without doubt unrivalled. The girls are absolutely brilliant, they have a great manner and they are so helpful, if this wasn’t enough even the Pharmacists are great, any question, anytime it’s no problem. It’s easy to complain when we are not happy but this pharmacy deserves so much credit. For me the communication between Drs and their staff in the surgeries is at best confusing so it’s left to the pharmacy to sort, and in all honesty everywhere I’ve been there has been problems but not a Cutgate. The staff will follow up as to where your medication is, even times when I’ve forgot to order it’s been in hand as they have thought for me, like I said earlier nothing is ever a problem. Considering there are more patients than ever and less staff at pharmacies because of cutbacks the staff never complain, their are many many times I’ve been in the shop and it’s been extremely busy, but again nothing is to much trouble, even at the extremely busy periods they remain composed, helpful and always friendly. One final point that I would like to make is that I noticed when waiting that people come in with a message from their preferred surgeries, confused messages on many occasions but instead of saying sorry it’s not our problem, the staff pick up the phone and call the surgery instead of sending someone back and forth, it’s easy to be ignorant but these guys aren’t, they have sorted so much out for me I cannot be more grateful, it would of certainly been a lot easier for them to say sorry not our problem but they don’t. I appreciate everything they do and everyone who works there. So thank you Cutgate from the bottom of my heart because without you guys it would be a struggle.

I have been using the Well Pharmacy on Cutgate now for quite some time and now feel it's time to tell you about this Pharmacy. Unfortunately I have used many a Pharmacy in my time but I have to say that this is the best one that I have ever used. The staff are very polite and professional and always have time for me, regardless of how busy they are. My prescriptions are 98% of the time correct and ready for me and if for some reason there is ever a problem then it is dealt with quickly and is always corrected. I really can't fault the staff and people leave bad reviews for them because of an incorrect or late prescription when what people have to realise that it is not the fault of the pharmacy if the prescription is not unavailable or late but the fault of the pharmaceutical company's or in fact the doctors surgeries. People need to be a little more patience, especially with hard work friendly staff like they have at Well Pharmacy at Cutgate and realise that we are all human and make errors from time to time. They will always sort your problem out for you what ever is it. At least that is my experience of this pharmacy. CAN'T FAULT THEM
