I just wanted to write and say how really helpful the lady at the Prescriptions Section of the Boots Store in the Gallions Shopping Centre was to us on Saturday 12th June 2021. We attended to have pre travel Covid Test. We had booked this online during the week and expected that all would work perfectly. We made the booking for both myself and my husband but it seemed we only had one reference number and needed to have two to proceed with the test! This caused a lot of distress and we had great difficulty getting through to your helpline to get the second number. The lady at the desk was so helpful, reassuring and kind that somehow a very stressful situation was managed very professionally and well. I asked for her name but we have mislaid the card. (She had long black hair, about 5’2” and black glasses! ) The lady who carried out the test was also very kind and helpful and we would like to pass on our sincere thanks to both. (Our reference Number 6612-0177 might help you identify these lovely people!) I promised I would write a review and hope they are very appreciated as they are excellent ambassadors for your Boots Store!

The two Pharmacist at Gallions reach beckton are exceptionally good and I would highly Recommend them. They are friendly, caring and very attentive. Aruna is such a lovely, professional, sensitive and helpful pharmacist I would highly recommend everyone to go to her. If I am honest I prefer to go to her than my own doctors, specially as it is hard to get an appointment and she will give me her professional advice, weather that is to try and get an appointment or there is something that I could purchase over the counter. Such a lovely person. I would rather travel an extra 15 minutes and go to this branch than any of my local Pharmacists. Why because of the EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! Always guaranteed service with a smile and excellent customer service. They actually care about people and you never feel like a number. So Mr Boots Director its time to up your game because honestly you do not want to lose these two members of staff. I would recommend you also throw in a pay raise also. :) We all need to be valued for our outstanding work at times. And I can honestly say these two are truly outstanding. They are the best, considering you have a lot of floor staff that don't even say hello when you walk pass them, this includes management. Aruna if you ever read this I hope you understand that you are truly amazing, such an outstanding person and its a shame that you are one of a kind, the world would be a much better place with many more like you.
