when enquiring about a prescription the nurse had given myself and my partner, we were told to obtain this from the chemist who then said, and I quote pft... well, I don't know if we have these, ...I mean I assume so, so you'll just have to wait and see! when we stated that that was not a good enough answer, they huffed and puffed and went to the computer and said well its gone through so (sarcastically) lucky you!, I'll give you an owing slip and you can just ring up to see if its come through successfully seeing as we have to take this medication in a very small window of time as we are leaving very soon, this was a very tactless and frustrating way to deal with a customer! This made us feel like our medication and medical lives were not in safe hands! their general way of service: shrugs, humfs, and tuts!
