Constantly out of stock for regular prescriptions Long waiting period up to a week to fill regular prescriptions When they request prescriptions for you GP repeatedly not responding so have to request many times filling is delayed further. No notification when prescription is ready No one answers the phone | ||||||

Abysmal service. Paid for 24hr delivery 9 days ago. Phoned them got too 33 attempts to get answered. When did get through was put on hold for 18 minutes. Tried againthis time took 38 attempts. This time I was promised a call back, did I get a call back, of course not. I would recommend anyone avoid to this company. | ||||||

Staff are helpful but really difficult to get through on phone, Saturday morning’s in particular just rings and rings, wonder if they have e staff. | ||||||
