Some acknowledgment as you stand waiting would be great, a smile and some kindness would go far. Helping rather than always saying what you can’t do would also be helpful. I won’t go back, it’s that simple

I have used this pharmacy on three occasions (for a repeat prescription), and never again. Each of my orders has been an ordeal. They forgot to order my repeat prescription, told me the wrong date for my repeat (so I had a wasted trip), asked me to re-order my repeat prescription manually because they couldn't cope with my unusual repeat cycle, were not able to answer my questions about how to resolve the above issues. My main issue however is that the main pharmacist is very patronising, one verbatim quote when I asked for the date of my next repeat prescription "well, it's simple arithmetic isn't it? One... two... three...". I was gobsmacked that anyone would be so rude to a simple question, particularly given that he'd previously forgotten to order my prescription because he hadn't made a note of the date. Also, they have poor data security. They hand-write the names of all the prescriptions they've ordered into a little book - which was then shown to me when I asked if my prescription had been ordered I normally like to support independent / local business, but AVOID if you value your sanity.
