I now use Rowlands regularly by ordering my partner's medication via Patient Access and so far have been happy with the service. After reading previous reviews it seems that last year's problems have been resolved. I hope so as my partner's illness is life threatening. With the attached practice taking on an extra 3000 patients due to another practice closing longer waiting times are to be expected. Original Comment Report...

Never had any major issues using this pharmacy. I have a six-month supply prescription and often there will only be a limited supply in stock so I usually have to come in the next day or so to collect again.

I have my prescriptions delivered to this pharmacy as a block, it is convenient as it is attached to the doctors and I never know when I am available due to work.
In fact I have trusted Rowlands to keep 6 months supply of medicines I rely on, on a daily basis. Over the last year I have seen a huge decline (as these other review point out), every review has terrible feedback and promising responses and yet no action has been taken.
It is easy to provide a canned PR response but when will any noticeable action be delivered?
I am not personally blaming any individual of the staff, but at the management and regional level they are understaffed and undertrained.
I would appreciate a response to this with a clear guideline of how and when steps will be taken to improve the pharmacy. As I said I have put trust in you to provide me medication. Original Comment Report...
