    The staff are very attentive and most certantly offer a first class service the pharmacy is an example of how small delivers a product so much better than its larger competitors

    I moved from other pharmacy in Whickham as I ran out of medication on a Saturday and was able to go to this pharmacy and have an advance on my prescription - my old pharmacy do not offer this service. Since moving I have never had a bad experience when ordering or collecting my prescription and find the staff are always helpful and try to call surgery to sort problems for you.
